If you are not winning,
we are not earning.
Every company says that, and for most it means a fee on every winning trade while the account goes backwards. Ours is measured against what you put into each agent, not your trades.
once it's ahead.
What that means with real numbers
You put $500 into an agent, a bad fortnight leaves it at $400, then it lands a $130 win. It is $30 ahead of what you put into it, so we take our cut of that $30 and nothing else: $1.50, not $6.50.
Slip back to $480 and climb to $530 again and the first $20 only gets it back to your $500 — you pay nothing on it. The $30 above is charged, the same as the first time. The line is what you put into the agent, not a high mark we keep raising.
Each agent is measured on its own, against what you put into it: one agent behind does not stop a fee on another that is ahead.

The venue takes its cut
before we take ours.
Jupiter charges when a position is opened, win or lose. It is not ours and we receive no part of it — and it is charged on every trade, where ours is charged only on a win.
It changes the arithmetic, which is why one of the four checks under every order measures the edge after the fee. Every fee an agent has paid is on its own page, totalled.
On the way in
Taken when the order fills. Claiming a settled payout is free, so for a position held to resolution that is the whole venue cost.
Only above each agent's deposits
5% of a win that leaves an agent above everything put into it. Nothing on a loss, nothing while behind, nothing on practice.
And 1% of a swap between SOL and USDC in your account wallet, which also goes to us. You see it before you confirm.
Everything else
No subscription, no minimum balance, no premium tier — every template is open to every account. Solana's own network fee, a fraction of a cent a transaction, is paid in SOL and is not ours.
See the shelfA subscription gets paid whether the agents work or not. This does not.
A fee measured against your deposit line means an agent that never gets ahead never pays us a cent — and we carry the cost of running it in the meantime. That is the trade, and we would rather it were on this page than discovered later.
Invite someone and you earn a share of the fee we charge on their wins — out of our cut, never added to theirs.
