Deposits are USDC on Solana; withdrawals go to an address you give us and nowhere else. No lock-up, no minimum, and we charge nothing to take money out.
What there is, deliberately, is friction against theft: a separate withdrawal passphrase, a 24-hour wait on a newly added address, and a daily limit you can lower at once. All of it, in full.
